Reporting Damaged Items If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To report a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item, including any visible damage to the packaging.
  2. Contact our customer service team at  shopselfcrafted1@gmail.com and provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  3. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Eligibility To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging.

Exchanges If you need to exchange your item for a different size or design, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopselfcrafted1@gmail.com to request a return authorization. We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timeframe Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after the returned item is received.

Refund Exceptions Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that show signs of use or damage
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Non-Refundable Items Some items are non-refundable, including but not limited to gift cards, downloadable software products, perishable goods, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

  • Weekender Bags are custom made to order. Refund will be issued if item is damaged or the wrong item was sent.
